NO GOOD HABITS: It’s so easy to get knocked off course without a good plan and solid habits in place. So, it’s not surprising to me that most of my clients admit that they don’t have sustainable and healthy habits in place. The weekend usually resets any good work they’ve done during the week. If that happens to you, you're not alone, and together, we can work through this problem.
A POOR MINDSET: Many of my clients have an all-or-nothing mindset. One mishap throws them off balance, and then they quit for the rest of the week. If you do that, fret not; I can help change that.
